Head Up Studio provides a range of professional photo, video, and equipment services to clients worldwide. As such, HUS asserts its copyright over all content created and/or produced by the company, including but not limited to photographs, videos, equipment designs, and written materials.

HUS grants clients a limited, non-exclusive license to use and display the content produced by HUS for the specific purpose for which the content was created. This license may include the right to reproduce, distribute, and display the content on websites, social media, and other marketing materials. However, this license does not include the right to resell or sublicense the content to any other party without the express written consent of HUS.

HUS retains the right to use and display any content produced by the company for the purpose of promoting its services, including but not limited to displaying the content on the HUS website, social media, and other marketing materials.

Clients are prohibited from altering, editing, or manipulating any content produced by HUS without the express written consent of the company. Clients are also prohibited from using any content produced by HUS for any purpose other than the specific purpose for which the content was created without the express written consent of HUS.

HUS reserves the right to terminate the license granted to clients at any time for any reason. Upon termination, clients must immediately cease any and all use of the content produced by HUS and destroy any copies of the content in their possession.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless HUS from any and all claims, damages, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from the client's use of the content produced by HUS in violation of this copyright notice.

This copyright notice is binding and enforceable under the laws of the United States of America and any other applicable laws. Any disputes arising from this notice will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state of California.
